Prepare

Prepare a response so you are ready for the question "What do you know about our company. Know the interviewer's name and use it during the job interview. If you're not sure of the name, call and ask prior to the interview. Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions.

Get Ready

Make sure your interview attire is neat, tidy and appropriate for the type of firm you are interviewing with. Bring a nice portfolio with copies of your resume. Include a pen and paper for note taking.

Be On Time

Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early. If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there.

Stay Calm

During the job interview try to relax and stay as calm possible. Take a moment to regroup. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Listen to the entire question before you answer and pay attention - you will be embarrassed if you forget the question!

Managing Your Downline Make Your Business Successful

The failure rate in network marketing is astonishing. 90% of all new network marketers fail with in three months of joining any online business. Should this make you feel guilty for the people in your downline who don't make it? I am sure there are a lot of marketers, whether network, internet, or mlm marketers, that can relate to how frustrating it is to find serious prospects. Prospects, which have the drive and determination to succeed and have longevity in your business opportunity.

There may come a time in your marketing career when you feel none of the hard work you're doing isn't paying off. The help you are providing to your prospects to start their business isn't working. You know that if you can't help them make money within 3-6 months they will leave or quit. So you try to find way to motivate them, but you find the duplication process is not duplicating like it should. After this happens you may find yourself spending 90% of your time creating new systems of duplication: websites and tools. Thinking this will help them acquire success, they said they wanted. You may find yourself so consumed with your team's duplication, that you stop sponsoring all together and go into a management state. However, the crazy part is you notice that even this is not working. It doesn't matter how much you want someone to succeed. The prospects that are getting results continued to get results and the prospects who are stagnant continue to be stagnant.

You have to understand this right now. The only way your business and downline is going to grow is to be a leader and lead by example. Do what you need to do to build your online business, keep prospecting, advertising, following up, and beginner orientations. Only have one training a week for all your new distributors. Spend most of your time with your top producer's one on one. It's all about continuing to find new distributors as well as finding distributors with in your business that produce and succeed. The frustrating part about new prospects is that most of them will never be serious. They are just looking for the get rich quick over night biz. So there's only one thing you can do and that is don't indulge in their weaknesses, don't waste your time and energy worrying, and don't change your websites, tools or system if they work for you.

You have to develop a tough skin if you want longevity and success in this industry. Continue to build your business and lead by example. You will notice that the right entrepreneurs will find you and start to follow you. Except absolutely no negativity into your life, leave the welfare mentality out of the equation. Your not here to save every person, you're here to provide them with a way out. They have to be willing to take the reins of their lives and want to take action. It's a better idea to find the prospects who take action. Then it is to turn the lazy and welfare mentality prospect into them.

The last pointer I will leave you with is leverage. As a smart business owner, you will want to leverage numbers in your business growth. Then you won't even notice the people who have a welfare mentality. The easiest way to leverage numbers is marketing and advertising. Then develop a list that you can advertise to over time. The new contacts will bring new, interested prospects and reps to the table. So let's recap, get rid of the welfare mentality. Continue to find prospects that want to take action. Worry about your business and the producers and you will have longevity and success for years to come. Here's to your success.

Find Tweeters Near You With TweetMondo

If you're looking for a new way to find Twitter users near your location you may want to try TweetMondo. Your results will all depend on the location you enter – whether it be a broad or precise location.

Once you login with your Twitter username and password you can enter your location in the "Where are you?" box. You can also select a location from the "Tweetcloud" located at the bottom of the page.

Once you enter your location you'll be presented with a map and a few stats of how many Twitter users are in the broken down location you've entered. By broken down I mean if you enter Brooklyn, NY USA for example, you will be show how many Twitter users are in Brooklyn, how many in New York and how many in the USA. You can then click on one of the areas to see the users in that location.

Also, results are presented in real-time. So if you have more results pop up while you're viewing what's already shown, you will get a notification as pictured below.

You can then see info and stats for each person in your specified location. You also have the option to follow them or send them a message right from the TweetMondo site. When you click on send message, the message box opens up right on the site which is a definite time saver.

You can also manage your account settings with ease. If you don't want your profile to show up in search results then you can disable it. You can also increase your changes of being found and followed by keeping your TweetMondo profile up to date.

So even though TweetMondo is not too fancy or feature-rich, it is a great easy way to find followers to connect with in your area. Also, it could be great for planning local tweetups.

Is It Time To Get Off Your Big Fat Blog?

It seems like just a few months ago I started writing for Blogging Tips. But maybe that's because it's true. With apologies to Lynrd Skynrd, I think Kevin might call me the breeze because I'm already blowing down the road, but in computer years, three months is a long time, right?

Ah, but now, like Led Zeppelin, I've got to ramble on. But before we part I do have a few final thoughts I'd like to pass on that may help you with your blog and your individual goals.

* Watch the time you spend searching and collecting tips and advice. It can easily become a way of procrastinating and at some point you just need to jump in and see what happens.
* If you've picked up only one idea from my posts, I hope it's the understanding that you have a natural ability to learn and be more creative in all areas of your life. Have confidence in that ability and ignore anyone, including that stubborn inner voice, who tries to convince you otherwise.
* Every once in a while, get off your big fat blog. Go out and experience the sounds, the sights, the tastes, and yes even the smells of life outside your front door. In the end your blog will benefit.
* On a related note, sometimes the best place to write a blog post is far, far away from a computer and all technological gadgets.
* In and of itself, a blog is really just an address on the internet. Just like we don't really visit other people's houses, we also don't really visit a blog. We visit the people who live there. It's the people inside that make a house, or a blog, a comfortable and inviting place to spend some time. That's why developing creativity is so important, because it's the person behind the blog that matters most.
* If you spend a lot of time online, you start to get the idea that most of the population does that too. But they don't. Go investigate your local community and you'll probably discover that even if you think you have a lot to learn, you still have way more experience and expertise with computers and the internet than the average person out there. This is especially true of overworked local small business owners. When it comes to using the internet and computers to their advantage, many of them can use some help. So go out and meet them and you may be surprised at the response.
